And, click your cursor in the upper box of the program form and use CTRL-V. At this stage you may use READ and ANALYSE the data file, or do it after you have loaded your results into the lower box. Now OPEN your data file for the same chromosome, repeat the use of CTRL-A and CTRL-C and paste the data in the lower box, using CTRL-VRunning the program
Next use READ and MATCH DATA to run the program. Changing the selected level as you wish. Note there is no need to re-load the data file in the upper box if you are comparing data from various subjects, use CLEAR to empty the lower box and enter your next set of data.Result Summary Pages
